1.3 Call & AI Receptionist Data
When you use our AI receptionist services, we collect and store call logs, call durations, caller phone numbers, call transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and related metadata necessary to provide the service.
1.4 Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain secure sessions, analyze traffic, and improve platform performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though certain features may not function properly without them.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the Florida Lead Co platform and AI receptionist services
- Send transactional communications such as account notifications, invoices, and service updates
- Process payments and maintain billing records
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Improve platform performance, functionality, and user experience
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and carrier requirements
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
- Account & Billing Data: Retained for the duration of your account and up to 7 years thereafter for tax and legal compliance.
- Call Logs & Transcripts: Retained as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after termination.
- Technical Logs: Retained for up to 26 months unless a shorter period is required.
When data is no longer necessary, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Our platform is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
