1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by COREY WESSEL FLORIDA LEAD CO, doing business as Florida Lead Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Florida Lead Co provides a SaaS platform that enables businesses to deploy AI-powered voice receptionists. Services include 24/7 AI call answering, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, call transcription, and a real-time client dashboard. Access to the platform requires a paid monthly subscription and usage credits for AI call minutes.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Platform access requires a $497/month subscription, billed monthly in advance.
• AI call usage is billed separately via a prepaid credit wallet. Credits are deducted per call minute based on current rates.
• Unused credits roll over month to month and do not expire while your account is active.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Description

Florida Lead Co may send appointment confirmations, service updates, account notifications, and customer support communications to users who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications through our platform.

Opt-In & Consent

SMS consent is collected through clearly labeled forms with a dedicated, unchecked checkbox. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further SMS unless you re-opt in.

Rates & Carrier Disclaimer

Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies based on your service usage.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS messaging program.

Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state laws, and CTIA guidelines governing SMS communications.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use our platform and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to:

• Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Send unlawful, unsolicited, or spam communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials associated with the Florida Lead Co platform are the property of COREY WESSEL FLORIDA LEAD CO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. No Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service. AI-generated call summaries and transcripts may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before acting on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COREY WESSEL FLORIDA LEAD CO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our platform or services, including but not limited to missed calls, lost leads, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to us. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the billing portal.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website with the “Last Updated” date displayed at the top. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance.
